Job Description:

As a Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent, you’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship while building a rewarding career in one of Florida’s most dynamic markets. What You’ll Do:
- Research market trends, demographics, and property uses to develop strategic concepts.
- Prospect for new business through networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing.
- Build relationships with business owners through meetings, coffee chats, and local events.
- Prepare and show properties, negotiate deals, and close leases and sales.
- Create marketing materials and conduct market studies to support your clients.

Compensation: Salary with bonus earning potential.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
